You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. filgame will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. filgame operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering requirements. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or passport) before your first withdrawal is processed.
4.1 filgame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). Minimum withdrawal amounts are stated in the filgame cashier and may vary by payment method.
4.2 All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). filgame is not responsible for exchange rate losses where a Player's payment provider performs currency conversion outside the Platform.
4.3 filgame processes GCash withdrawal requests in approximately five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfers and card withdrawals may be longer and are subject to the receiving institution's own processing schedules.
4.4 Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit wherever technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering control. filgame may require additional verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds.
4.5 filgame reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) the wagering requirements attached to a bonus have not been met; or (d) as otherwise required by applicable law or regulation.
5.1 filgame may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are communicated at the time the offer is presented.
5.2 Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply:

11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits filgame's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 filgame reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) filgame is required to do so by law or regulatory direction; (c) your account shows evidence of fraud or money laundering; or (d) your account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
12.2 You may close your filgame account at any time by contacting our support team. Any unused real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements are satisfied and no outstanding disputes exist.
12.3 Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.
13.1 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the filgame Platform, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or at [email protected]. filgame commits to acknowledging all complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and providing a substantive response within five (5) business days.
13.2 In the event a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules before seeking recourse in the courts.
13.3 Game outcome disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant transaction. filgame's records of game outcomes and transaction logs shall, in the absence of manifest error, be considered conclusive evidence.
14.1 filgame may amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
15.2 Subject to the arbitration clause in Section 13.2, any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
15.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
